Meet Dr. Kent
Robert C. Kent, D.O. has been in family practice in Arlington, Texas since 1980. He is a Dallas native and has always lived in the metroplex. Dr. Kent graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, obtained a master’s degree from East Texas State University, and graduated with honors from the U.N.T. Health Sciences Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He is board certified in family practice by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice. He is a diplomate of the National Board of Examiners for Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons. On multiple occasions, he has served as Chairman of the Department of Family Practice at the Dallas Fort Worth Medical Center. In addition, he has received appointments as Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of General and Family Practice at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine.
As founder of the Southwest Arlington Medical Clinic, P.A., Dr. Kent has made a lifelong commitment to providing high-quality, cost-effective medical care to the members of our community.
